Someone should have very good experience on Apigee (75% of work is based on this) Very good understanding on Apigee specific DevOps / pipelines. Extensive experience on Kubernetes and Service mesh with GCP knowledge. Candidate should be productive from day 1. I explained to him souring a candidate with all these skills together is hard and he understood and agrees if they are strong on Apigee and moderate on other skills (Kubernetes / Service mesh) is OK as long as they quickly learn other aspect and be productive from day 1.
