From: Supriya, Nitya Software Solutions, Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role: Chatbot Supervisor (Hybrid - Day 1 Onsite) Location: Houston, TX or Chicago, IL Job Description: Minimum 3+ years of Chatbot Tuning/Supervising the bot experience and will be majorly responsible to optimize the bot functions - identify non-intentful phrases / customer verbiage, training the chatbot with non-intentful phrases on various platforms (Preferably LivePerson) Complete understanding of LivePerson as chatbot development platform and related maintenance or bot optimization activities Expected to have experience in traditional bot optimization methodologies and experiment (try and test) on new methodologies whenever required Experience of Different stages/steps involved in Chatbot tuning / optimization process Sound knowledge of chatbot development on coding or low code platforms (LivePerson, IBM Watson, Kore.AI, Yellow.AI, Uniphore etc.) not limited to any of these Experience in examining As-Is performance of the chatbot and suggest the performance improvement % rates Continuously monitor performance, report on the progress, and define strategies for enhancements Good understating of Bot performance metrics to keep a track of the upliftments done (Intent match rates, CSAT, Bot Containment, resolution rates etc.) Expected to attend meeting with clients, project managers and product owners to have a clear understanding of the chatbot area where continuous monitoring or supervision is required Keywords: artificial intelligence Illinois Texas |
