| From: Andy, iTech US, Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello , Role : IAM Business Analyst Location : Alpharetta, GA Duration : Long Term Contract Competencies : Business Analysis, Java Development Tools (PMD, CheckStyle, FindBugs, Assent, IDE, EMMA, Clover) Essential Skills Preferred experience working in the IT industry within operations, operational risk as it relates to Identity Access Management (IAM), network topologies, IT security/MFA (multi-factor authentication), IT systems, and/or IT Service Management [ITSM] tools. Should have prior experience in Java development, microservices. API understanding Understanding of authentication framework Should be aware about the backend development work. Should be aware about the ForgeRock, Okta, SiteMinder etc. The ability to articulate, to comprehend and to communicate complex information to a diverse audience. Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with external vendors on complex issue resolution and task completion. Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems. Experience with project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives). Broad based skills with Microsoft Office tools especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel at an advanced to expert level for automation, managing, and reporting on large data sets. Desirable Skills : Should be able to work with Product team and development team day to day. Able write the documents for technical requirement for developer. Able to update the requirements on Jira and confluence portal. Able to coordinate with multiple teams. Able to work with senior leader and architect with guidance of product owner. Understand and deliver the process with Devops features.
