Jira Developer Location: Remote Duration: 8 Month MOI: Skype Responsibilities include: Develop andimplement enhancements for Jira Software (cloud) and JSM (cloud). Plans, develops,tests, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programmingtechniques and computer systems. Evaluates user requestfor a new or modified program, such as for financial or human resourcemanagement systems, clinical research trial results, statistical study oftraffic patterns, or analyzing and developing specifications for bridge design,to determine feasibility, cost, and time required, compatibility with thecurrent system, and computer capabilities. Consults with userto identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives. Formulates planoutlining steps required to develop the program, using methodologies such asstructured analysis and design or object-oriented development.
