Good communication skills and the ability to build high quality relationships with IT and shared service organizations, business partners, clients, users, company leaders and external partners. Ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions. Experience working with multiple practices / teams and collaborate Experience in cloud transformation / digital transformation projects preferred English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree. Certified Scrum Master or related training is a must To succeed, this roles responsibilities would involve: Must have skills: - Certified Scrum Master - Cloud Certification - Knowledge in Cloud based projects, preferably on AWS - People Management including performance management and recruitment Good to have skills: Project Management related certifications (eg.
