Responsibilities span everyaspect of Agile software development, including priority definition, planning,development, deployment, measurement, iteration, and support. This position isembedded with the newly created dedicated Loyalty Product Team. The PA ishighly collaborative, engaging and working with other product teams with areasof dependency to drive delivery of loyalty capabilities. RESPONSIBILITIES Planning Maintaina detailed understanding of ecommerce systems, data, processes, and thecustomer experiences they drive Captureuser stories and acceptance criteria to deliver defined outcomes Coordinateplanning, backlog grooming, and estimation; manage resource allocation anddependencies Partnerwith technology teams to optimize and iterate on the underlying systemarchitectures Development & Product Team Operations Provideproduct leadership to our loyalty initiative which will work to build anon-credit card loyalty program for Victorias Secret and Pink. CoordinateProduct Team development activities to deliver project outcomes Understandand implement Victoria's Secrets Lean/Agile product processes, standards andtools UtilizeDevOps principles to create flow, make work visible, shorten feedback loops,find problems earlier and drive learning Collaboratewith other Product teams to unlock dependencies and effectively leverage shareddata, systems, and service Coordinatewith UX, front-end development, back-end development, and subject matterexperts on design & development Continuouslyevolve and optimize processes and standards to build speed, quality, agility,and flexibility for the Enterprise Trackdevelopment health and velocity using Agile tools; anticipate, track, escalateand mitigate risks Drivequality, compliance, and rapid response to customer or business issues Coordinateand/or lead agile ceremonies including the daily team scrums Ensuresite stability and operational integrity via participation in team-based oncall rotations and defect triage QUALIFICATIONS Currentfamiliarity with loyalty leaders, KPIs, best practices, and vendor ecosystemhighly preferred Organized,structured, analytical and logical; strong problem-solving skills Strongcurrent familiarity with Loyalty Platforms highly preferred Comfortableworking with distributed teams balancing Lean/Agile Product practices withfixed-timeline campaign and/or Enterprise Projects Comfortablemanaging through gray areas to define new working relationships and defineprocesses for cross-team collaboration Goodunderstanding of ecommerce platform technology and commerce KPIs Highcuriosity and learning orientation; uses qualitative and quantitative methodsto assess performance & customer experience Excellentwritten and oral communication skills, including relationship management,presentation, facilitation, and decision support 5-10years experience AdditionalQ&A Loyaltydevelopment experience (Preference to Kobie loyalty technology integration) Familiarityworking in a product management role relating to Loyalty Familiaritywith doing technology design What are some things thatwould stand out from candidates Experienceintegrating and deploying a 3rd party loyalty application/technologies(bonus for Kobie) Experienceleading a product team from ideation to backlog development to shipping workingcode / feautres Experienceworking within teams leveraging Agile/Lean/DevOps principles Familiaritywith Atlassian Tools (Jira/Confluence) Familiarwith working in a matrixed organization Familiaritywith working with a digital platform developed on microservices What are some disqualifiers -Candidates who only havemarketing or business experience with loyalty that havent been heavilyinvolved in the technology deployment REGARD Lovely Singh Keywords: user experience green card Pennsylvania |
