Overall responsibility for delivering an Omni-channel experience for the brand across channels including digital & online initiatives, social media, mobile, website. Create a seamless brand experience, regardless of channel or device. Enable consumers to engage with a company in a physical store, on an online website or mobile app, through a catalogue, or through social media. Understand the Omni and CX road map of customer and future initiatives. Technology focus with exposure to Omni/CX Customer Journey mapping, Customer Journey analytics, exposure to ReactJS/Microservices architecture Undertake research to understand consumer and shopper trends, information seeking behaviour and usage of new age mediums. Share best practices in the industry & outside the industry. Lead the Omni-channel & digital initiatives with customers and be lynch pin for Suneratech in driving these initiatives. Work with the key internal stakeholders on all matters relating to Omni-channel & digital Initiatives. Develop program plans keeping in view the above points.
