This is a long-term opportunity. The opportunity requires the candidate to be able to work in HYBRID Fashion at the Clients Central Office located in Richmond, VA with work 2-3 Days/per week on-site. The candidate applying must be living closer to Richmond, VA area within a 50 Mile Radius (Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia Area) and willing to move to Richmond, VA, for the HYBRID Position. Must Have 3+ Years of Experience and Ability to create, edit, reports via RTF, BI, and OTBI in Oracle HCM cloud 3+ Years of Experience and Ability to create Dashboards - global and secured 3+ Years of Experience with set up and configuration of HCM modules - Core, talent, compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety 3+ Years of Experience and Ability to create and maintain journeys including contextualized, guided, and regular 3+ Years of Experience with HR functional teams 3+ Years of Experience and Ability to set up and troubleshoot transactional workflows 3+ Years of Experience creating testing scripts to support functional changes Job Responsibilities Report enhancements to add subject area reports and make the existing reports available in report or dashboard format using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools Creating new journeys- specifically contextualized and guided to support transactional processes Provide technical expertise to production enhancement activities related to performance goals and evaluation setup. Work with functional and IT teams to assess and mitigate the impact of upcoming patches and logging/working SRs to resolution with Internal business, technical, and Oracle teams. Help create new and update existing set-ups/configurations and develop enhancements in a Production environment. Work specific to the configuration setup and maintenance, Report and Dashboard development, security, workflow, and journeys. Assist with complex user issue resolution Work with IT and functional teams to establish patch testing - short-term and long-term goals Work with functional and technical teams to address workflow changes and enhancements Help manage configuration changes Desired Experience and familiarity with troubleshooting end-user issues Experience with HR functional teams Bachelors degree (Information Technology; Business Info.
