Role: Power BI Developer Duration:6 Months C2H Location: 100% Remote MOI: Skype The top skills are: MUST be able to complete a contract-to-hire model and convert to a full-time employee at 6 months without requiring sponsorship Development experience (3 to 4 years) with BTEQ and Teradata. Basic familiarity with UNIX and scheduling tools like Control M and Tidal. Development experience with Business Objects reports. Development experience with Informatica. SQL Server Experience is a plus PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES UtilizingMicrosofts Power Platform and Power BI suite of tools, oversee data managementof these (and other related) systems, including: a) Extraction, Transformationand Loading (ETL) processes b) Enhancement and usability improvements c)Cross-platform functionality d) Data Quality and Integrity e) Report andDashboard Development Workwith program managers and other key staff to address concerns and alignplatform functionality with program needs Ensurethat all data systems comply with data security requirements as well asapplicable Federal and State laws. Identify deficiencies and develop processesto remediate any deficiencies found. Managesystem enhancements and upgrades as needed. Work with vendors to manageupgrades, enhancements, patches and fixes on a timely basis. Provide generaloversight and management to vendors of hosted systems. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 3 to 4years with BTEQ and Teradata. Basicfamiliarity with UNIX and scheduling tools like Control M and Tidal. Developmentexperience with Business Objects reports.
