The individual in this role will act as SF application and integration developer and will have a broad understanding of IT solution landscape involving multiple technology stacks involving CRM solutions, online content servers, and online & mobile web applications. The developer will be involved in integrating and implementing solutions, including legacy platform modernization, through the project life cycle and ongoing support. This position will focus on translating applications from legacy solutions to web-based solutions using web framework and technology. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree (preferred) from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline. 5+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience. Advanced experience with Salesforce configuration and customization 3+ years' experience in Solutions Architecture Design/Development Methodologies Skills/Experience / Responsibilities: Salesforce Developer will be designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions for the agency. Work closely with business analysts and other application developers to implement functioning Salesforce solutions. Develop solutions per user stories and satisfactorily resolve defects. Experienced in understanding of the Salesforce product suite including Sales, Service, Communities and Marketing Clouds, as well as the Force.com Platform Experience with Release Management, Source Control, and Deployment concepts and technologies such as ANT, SFDC Metadata API, Jenkins, Git (Bitbucket) and DevOps in a Salesforce environment Experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, as well as working with integration tools (ESB and ETL). Experience in developing solutions for Large Volume Data using Apex and process automations Experience in developing custom components using Aura and lightning web components Experience in providing Salesforce solutions compatible for a wide variety of devices Experience working with Service and Sales consoles for a Call Center implementation. Integration experience using both Web based technologies (SOAP, REST) and Integration/Middleware tools such as MuleSoft Expert level understanding of security considerations involved with external integrations to Salesforce Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states, and deliver a solution Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security Experience using Agile methods to deliver software solutions.
