Role: Oracle HCM Technical Functiona Location : Remote Candidates need 3 years of experience with each: Skill Required / Desired Years of experience Last used Ability to create, edit, reports via RTF, BI, OTBI in Oracle HCM cloud Required Ability to create Dashboards - global and secured Required set up and configuration of HCM modules - Core, talent, compensation, Recruiting, Help Desk, Safety Required ability to create and maintain journeys including contextualized, guided and regular Required familiarity with trouble shooting end user issues Highly desired Experience with HR functional teams Highly desired Ability to set up and trouble shoot transactional workflows Required Experience with gathering functional user requirements and translating to deliverable Highly desired creating testing scripts to support functional changes Desired Provide summarize technical experience with Oracle HCM SAAS products. Oracle HCM Technical/Functional resource for Oracle HCM SAAS system administration work specific to configuration set up and maintenance, Report and Dashboard development, security, workflow and journeys. Would be tasked with helping create new and make updates to existing set up/configurations and develop enhancements in Prod environment. Including working with functional and IT teams to asses and mitigate impact of upcoming patches and logging/working SRs to resolution with Internal business, technical and Oracle teams.
