Understand and document/model the customer's business process, business requirements, and business rules. Translate these items into user stories/use cases. 2. Must have worked in Pega 8.x in the recent project. 3. Should have insurance domain knowledge. 4. Good to have Pega SAI (pega sales automation for insurance) experience and/or Pega CS (Pega customer service) Frameworks. 5. At least 7 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes 6. At least 6 years of experience in hands on application development experience in Pega PRPC v5.x/v6.x/v7.x and Pega frameworks. 7. Should be certified CSA, CSSA and CLSA ( Part 1 & 2) in Pega PRPC v6.x/v7.x/v8.x At least 3 years of experience in either J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), web development (JSP/Java script/CSS), .Net or any object-oriented programming language. 8. Develops and demonstrates an advanced knowledge of the PRPC Architecture and all PRPC design and implementation features. 9. Hands-on complex areas like integration, authentication/authorization etc. as required. Be able to support performance and security testing. 10. Adherence to guardrails and responsible for the overall QoC ( Quality of Code). Track potential performance issues using PAL/AES and instruct team to fix at regular intervals. 11. Perform and help team work on proof of concepts (POC). 12. Responsible for working with PegaSystems support on SRs(service request). 13. Ideate and help build technical and reusable assets for the competency. Should have basic concepts of DevOps. 14. Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope and risk. 15.
