Role: Data Scientist Location: Saint Louis - MO(Onsite) Mode of Hiring Contract Shift timing: 9AM 5PM Job summary 5+ years of experience in Customer Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or similar field Primary focus in on implementing AI & Machine learning techniques. Experience in collecting relevant information and making strategic decisions based on the objectives defined in the project. Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets to create/optimize machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and/or optimization models. Practical understanding and hands-on Roles & Responsibilities Experience with Supervised & Unsupervised Machine Learning Solutions Experience with scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Python, etc.) & AIML products like AWS SageMaker, Dataiku, DataRobot etc Experience analysing A/B experiments and experience building causal inference models. Assess completeness and accuracy of requirements. Conduct impact analysis and validate effort size. Ability to help fullfil stringent performance requirements. Perform an active, leading role in shaping and enhancing the overall architecture. Identify, recommend and implement best practices and architecture improvements. Assist and verify design of solution and production of all design phase deliverables Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, to end-users and executive management, understanding when to speak up and deliver an assertive message in support of the project Primary focus in on implementing AI & Machine learning techniques.
