The successful candidate for this position will become part of a best-in-class engineering team that has a reputation for pushing the boundaries in the performance and chaos engineering fields. The Expertise and Skills You Bring: -Bachelors degree in computer science or related engineering field -5-8+ years of experience in the Information Technology field -5+ years of experience in software performance testing against large scale end-to-end platforms -Experience in software performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, CloudTest, JMeter, etc.) -Outstanding organizational, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills -Strong motivation to decompose complex systems and understand how they work Advanced application memory consumption analysis skills -Working knowledge of application server technologies such as Tomcat, Node, or Apache -Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tool experience is highly desired -AWS experience is highly desired -Automation experience is a plus -Chaos Engineering experience is a plus General Comments the EI PE team is part of the broader EI Stability Engineering team.
