This is a unique hybrid role for an independent contractor who can seamlessly transition from high-level project management to deep backend technical execution. Core Responsibilities & Technical Scope: End-to-End Ownership: Manage the entire project lifecycle from initial requirements gathering and gap analysis to development, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support. Full Stack D365 Development: Deep expertise in X++ coding, custom integrations, API development, data entities, and complete front-to-back system architecture. Project & Partner Management (PM to Back-End): Act as the primary technical lead and PM. You will manage partner relationships, translate business requirements into technical blueprints, and execute the backend development yourself. Complete management of Azure DevOps (ADO), including sprint planning, backlog grooming, code repositories, branch strategies, release pipelines, and deployment tracking. Operate with full autonomy, requiring minimal hand-holding while delivering enterprise-grade code and architectural solutions. Ideal Candidate Profile: A true stand-alone contractor who thrives in a self-directed environment.
