Must have active linkedIn profile. Must have all required skills in resume. The Workday Integration and Support Engineer will play a key role in supporting and improving. Workday Financials, HCM, Payroll, Planning, and related enterprise systems. In this role, you will partner with Finance, IT, HR, Payroll, vendors, and implementation partners to support reliable day-to-day operations, resolve production issues, maintain integrations and reporting, and help deliver practical system improvements that support business needs. Primary Responsibilities Workday Integration Development and Support Design, maintain, and support Workday integrations with internal and external systems. Build and troubleshoot integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, Orchestrate, PECI, PICOF, WECI, APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, and XPath. Help improve integration reliability, scalability, documentation, and support procedures. Production Support and Service Management Help triage, troubleshoot, and resolve Workday incidents, service requests, integration failures, and data issues. Conduct root-cause analysis, document resolutions, escalate issues when needed, and communicate status clearly. Support ITIL/ITSM processes and contribute ideas to improve service quality and operational stability. Testing, Deployment, and Change Control Support Workday migrations, testing, release validation, change control, and production deployments. Validate integration performance, data accuracy, report outputs, security access, and business process changes. Coordinate releases, enhancements, and operational changes with stakeholders and change control teams. Reporting, Security, and Data Validation Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday reports, calculated fields, security configuration, and data extracts. Support data mapping, conversion, reconciliation, validation, and issue resolution across Workday and downstream financial systems. Business Analysis and Collaboration Partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements into practical, supportable solutions. Collaborate with functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners to resolve issues and deliver enhancements. Maintain clear functional and technical documentation, support procedures, decision logs, and knowledge articles. Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience supporting Workday in a production environment, preferably across Financials, HCM, Payroll, or Planning. Hands-on experience with Workday reports, calculated fields, security, business processes, integrations, and data validation. Familiarity with EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, Workday Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, and XSLT. Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, change control, and deployment support skills. Experience with ITIL/ITSM support processes and the ability to communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders. Technical Skills Workday configuration, reporting, security, and integration tools. REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, XML, XSLT, XPath, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar integration platforms. Data mapping, transformation, reconciliation, validation, reporting, monitoring, and production support. Preferred Qualifications Workday integration-related certification or ITIL Foundation certification. Experience with Workday implementations, data conversion, post-go-live stabilization, or major enhancements. Experience with MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, PeopleSoft, Atlassian, external implementation partners. Competency Clear communicator who enjoys collaborating across business, technical, and vendor teams. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a business-critical support environment.
