Work with stakeholders to understand GIS-related business processes. Translate business requirements into GIS system solutions. Conduct workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions. Support GIS application enhancements, testing, and implementation. Analyze spatial and non-spatial data to identify trends and insights. Coordinate with GIS developers, architects, and business users. Prepare process flows, use cases, and business requirement documents (BRDs). Support data quality, data migration, and system integration activities. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management. [workopolis.com], [iiba.org] Required Skills: Strong understanding of GIS concepts and spatial data. Experience with ESRI ArcGIS, ArcGIS Enterprise, or similar GIS platforms. Knowledge of utility, asset management, or geospatial systems. Business analysis methodologies and documentation. SQL and data analysis skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile or Waterfall delivery methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of business analysis experience. GIS/ESRI certification is a plus.
