On-site availability at the Departments location 4040 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida is preferred, but remote work will also be considered. Travel costs will not be reimbursed. Educational Requirements. The Contractor Representative, and any subsequent Contractor Representative provided by the Contractor, must possess, at a minimum, a bachelor's degree in one of the computer sciences fields or in management information systems, or four (4) years of work experience in IT, systems analysis, management analysis, program planning, program research, or program evaluation. Leadership experience with managing and completing complex projects relevant to both IT and business needs. Experience with Florida State Agency IT Projects, including being familiar with Floridas IT regulatory requirements.
