Some onsite but mostly remote, but preferred candidate need to be local in Atlanta, GA (If you cant find somewhat local or someone not willing to be onsite, but has a GREAT background, lets discuss and be upfront about what travel (if any) theyd be open to) Job Description: Project Manager with Change Management experience is required. WorkDay implementation change management experience is preferred. Any specific experience with OCM component installation of workday is big plus Must have experience to lead the OCM component of the Workday Implementation. This Project Leader will work with our client EPMO office to lead and manage the ERP Change Management process for the project. This person should have previous Workday implementation project management experience while helping to lead the communication process across the install. OCM is going to be critical for this role and will work across the workstreams as well as the organization. Our client is a large healthcare org that is implementing ALL modules of WORKDAY This Project Leader will work with the existing Workday PMO and leaders to make sure that Change Management and Communications are updated and created to the project needs and for its success. This OCM PM will not only work on the Workday implementation but will also flex to work on other EMR and other Healthcare Implementation work as well Healthcare ERP and EMR Project Leadership will be key for this role as the stakeholders for these projects will run across the ORG of a large healthcare system.
