Excellent client facing experience with a strong vertical in customer facing environments. Experience of working for large IT services/IT outsourcing companies. Manages the agreement process of defining the project requirements and objectives with the Project Sponsor, PMO and technical project lead. Manages business and project risks and produces an effective achievable plan and risk assessment so that timelines, resources and project costs are understood and supported by all by the appropriate parties. Accountable for managing and tracking the project risks, issues, actions and decisions with supporting Technology and Business Units Previous experience with Atlassian tools (Jira) and Waterfall/Hybrid/Agile PMLC is desired Builds and manages the relationship with key stakeholders and resources.
