Why the Role Is Important: Our Sr. Salesforce Developers are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Sr. Salesforce Developers provides our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. Once You Are Here, You Will: Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within SalesForce.com platform Develop and maintain Lightening Web Components, Visualforce, Apex and integrations to other third-party solutions Act as first point of escalation for daily service issues along with PM and be a primary point of contact for Stakeholders Prepare/Review Test Scripts and Unit testing of changes Provide training, support and leadership to the larger project team Develop Apex Class and Visual force pages in compliance with Salesforce.com recommended standards Develop Apex Test classes with a minimum of 90% coverage as all functionalities and bulk operations might be validated. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related discipline (Masters preferred) 8+ years of Experience with salesforce sales, support, and service platform 6+ years experience in an organization with a complex technology landscape and a proven track record of complex project delivery using Agile development practices 5+ years hands-on experience with: Salesforce configuration/customization using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Lighting web components (LWC) integrating Salesforce.com with 3rd party applications using SOAP/REST API, Middleware, etc. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Communities and Marketo (or related marketing automation platform) **Must be able to work PST hours. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with implementation of DevOps and source code management tools. Understanding of best practices when implementing and working with CI/CD infrastructure. Experience with Agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments. Experience with CPQ & Quote to cash processes in a SaaS & recurring revenue company is ideal. Previous experience integrating ERP systems into Salesforce is a plus. Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security model with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration / customization Ability to develop technical performance architecture that solves most complex performance issues Nice to have the knowledge of salesforce integration with Mulesoft and NetSuite Please find the JD as below: Skills: Experience in designing and implementing customizations, configurations, and integrations on the Salesforce Sales & Service platform to meet business needs. Having 8+ years of Experience with salesforce sales, support, and service platform Collaborate with stakeholders to review business requirements and develop technical solutions that align with industry best practices and Salesforce design patterns. Create technical architecture diagrams, overseeing the development process, and providing technical guidance to other team members Experience with software development and integration techniques.
