This is a MUST and a big skill set! SAP BW on HANA & BW4/HANA. Non-technical Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Analyze and correct system issues and respond to user inquires or problems. Good in documentation and following through production tickets to closure. Prepare RCA and DEP (for eg: process change, code change, refresher of standards) Ability to work across teams and SMEs.
