Ensures that all required project documentation, approvals, and transmitted references are complete as required during the project life cycle. Essential Functions: Duties and Responsibilities (List all essential duties and responsibilities in order of importance) o Designs, builds, and maintains major business programming applications of considerable complexity with a thorough understanding of all parameters affecting and interfacing with the application o Analyzes, designs, and validates system requirements for new applications or for changes to existing applications.
