Senior Automation / Development Engineer with end-to-end development and testing experience in building software products within an agile environment. This individual will be responsible for test automation support of talechs digital boarding platform, which includes ensuring the quality of the final product through the build out of manual and automated tests. The Senior Automation / Development Engineer combines aspects of a traditional developer and tester into a single position responsible for the design and release of quality code in short, releasable, and iterative increments. This position will include automation test design, automated script creation, and coordination with other groups within Talech to deliver the overall solution. It is critical for this position to have not only the technical skills relative to development and testing, but strong collaboration and communication skills in order to support their agile scrum team. Responsibilities include: --Ensure integration and maintenance of test automation scripts into the CI/CD pipeline; --Ensure consistency in process and documentation of test automation approach within and across teams; --Support usage and analysis of new automation tools; --Develops, implements, and maintains automated test scripts; --Use of cutting edge test automation tools for Web, Mobile, and Desktop applications (i.e. Selenium, Appium) --Perform manual testing as required; --Provide test execution reporting through tools such as ALM, JIRA; --Sets the direction for and oversees the work of other testers (in future state) Preferred Skills/Experience - Functional Testing experience, including ability to create, maintain and execute both manual and automated tests - DevOps capabilities containers, cloud, automation, security, configuration management, CI/CD - Extensive knowledge in modeling and application design and architecture - Expert programming knowledge skills - Expert knowledge in IT/Software quality assurance - Expert knowledge with system/application testing tools and implementation - Strong understanding of Information Management - Experience in: Unit Testing (including automation and integration with CI systems) and Agile Software Development (typically Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) - Strong time management skills and communication/leadership skills Strongly Preferred Skills/Experience: Selenium, Appium, Protractor, Cucumber, etc. ReadyAPI and RestAssured Behavior Driven Development Experience jQuery, JavaScript Gitlab/GitHub, JIRA, Jenkins CI/CD Knowledge on A11Y / WCAG testing, tools and automation Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment quality analyst information technology card Georgia http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=376040&uid= |
