Our client is experiencing issues within theirpayroll structure (bi-weekly, Monthly, hybrid, union etc.), and needs to getthe payroll system under control from a documentation and configurationstandpoint. The right candidate will bring a strong understanding ofconfiguration and testing to the table along with an ability to analyze thework that has been done by the client and their partner and get everythingtested and documented. Beyond these areas, this person will be expectedto support the ongoing implementation efforts of the partner, as well ascontinue to help build the client-side knowledgebase aroundSuccessFactors. In addition, our client has data coming in from WorkforceTime and Attendance and Leads Management modules, and discrepancies are arisingfrom the integration between that and ECP, so any experience around Workforcewould be a major plus. MUSTS: EC PayrollExpert Assess issues. Configure payroll. Document and do knowledge transfer for our client. Experiencewith various frequencies of pay cycles. Biweekly Monthly Employees that are both biweekly and monthly PLUS: EC Benefits, Onboarding, and Recruiting experience. Workforce Time and Attendance and Leads Management.
