The preferred location is their office in Alpharetta, Georgia, however there are additional secondary locations in Frisco, TX, Brookfield, WI, Omaha, NE and Coral Springs, FL that will be considered. Heavy preference will be given to the Georgia location. (Candidate must be willing to work in the office 5 days a week) Responsibilities Deep knowledge developing and administering SAP BPC financial consolidation system Strong experience configuring BPC for Planning, including configuring key planning utilities in SAP including input schedules, allocations and forecast models Excellent insights to functional and technical aspect of SAP software components which includes multiple versions of SAP Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC) Provide advice on solution architecture Build BPC models & enhance dimensions as needed Deep experience on building complex logic scripts Ability to understand ABAP code and debug BADIs Perform SAP BPC system configuration including business process flows and business rules Generate key financial reports utilized by senior leadership Compose test scripts, execute unit tests, and troubleshoot issues during tests Partake in System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test script making, and provide support for issue handling Working knowledge of leading accounting practices including strong insights to General Ledger, Asset accounting, controlling and profitability process areas Experience delivering leading practices in month end close and consolidation process as well as proven experience applying and maintaining internal controls Work closely with senior management in Financial Reporting and IT (along with FP&A investor relations and SEC reporting) to ensure the system is meeting their business needs, and process functional business change requests as needed Experience with formal project management methodologies including efforts during requirements gathering, design, build/test, and deployment Ensure application is SOX compliant Design and tune BPC design to ensure efficiency and performance Develop custom data manager package links to access transaction data from multiple source systems Develop and document changes to processes and the application, as well as migration and conversion plans Monitor the related data in the companys Business Warehouse (BW) Minimum Requirements At least 2 technical implementations with direct hands on experience with design, architecture, configuration, and deployment of SAP landscape within a Microsoft Windows server environment Strong communication skills; need to effectively communicate with system users, technical counterparts, functional teammates, middle to senior level technical and business leaders Strong process improvement discipline Deep knowledge of SAP Strong problem solving, error analysis, and analytical skills S/4HANA Strong teamwork orientation with peers and management Working knowledge of Security administration Understanding of RDBMS structure and /or administration Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent job related experience 5+ years technical experience with installation and support of an ERP Financial software application Knowledgeable in SAP technology (HANA, BW, BPC, Solution Manager/CHaRMs, OpenText, BOBJ/BODS, GRC, PI/XI, CPS/BOA) An appreciation for the integration of the SAP system as far as the linkages of processes, functionality, and objects Ownership and accountability Independent decision making Excellent communication & interpersonal skills written and oral Strong drive for results Strong interpersonal skills Takes complete ownership Preferred Skills Experience working in the financial industry is highly preferred --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- When submitting candidates for this role please use the following format.
