Position Overview Our client is a global publicly traded biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, licensing, acquiring, and developing small molecules and biologics to treat and prevent human disease and alleviate suffering. Our client is in need of a Project Manager (aka Owner's Project Manager) to support their new Commercial Manufacturing facility construction project in Hamilton, MT. This position would be responsible for all field construction activities, safety, permitting and working with local utility providers. This consultant will be the local representative of our client and be the liaison with all local agencies and jurisdictions having authority. They are currently in the early phase of designing and constructing the first Commercial Manufacturing facility in Hamilton, MT with the goal of completing site work and building Shells in 2023.This position will be located onsite in the Field Office which has already been completed. This is an onsite role in western Montana (Hamilton, MT) Essential Duties: Responsible for site safety and oversight of all sub-contractor safety programs. Will be the owner's representative and liaison with all local authorities (AHJs) Oversight of the Design/Build contract for building envelopes. Participate in ongoing design activities for building fitout. Manage buyout of any long lead MEP equipment. Coordinate all utilities to the site (water, sewer, electric, data) Minimum Qualifications: BS in Mechanical, Chemical or Civil Engineering, PMP Certification preferred Experience with all aspects of Greenfield construction in early phases (CSA) Minimum 10 years experience with large Capital Projects Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to perform with minimal supervision Keywords: access management Montana |
