Solid understanding of access and distribution LAN switching environments with VLANs, RSTP, EtherChannel, Multicast and QoS Strong knowledge of firewall configuration and troubleshooting Experience with wireless LAN technologies Exposure to virtualization technologies Experience with common network services, SNMP, Syslog, DNS, NTP, DHCP, AD, etc Experience with SNMPv3 monitoring and management tools Responsibilities include: Supporting the design and deployment of attraction wired and wireless ICS networks and supervisory systems Support the design of IEC62443 compliant network models to enforce security and increase network segregation and security among ride show networks Configuring firewalls, servers, and switching hardware to maximize network efficiency and security Support of the design deployment of network and monitoring systems for new attractions Implementation and support of the next generation of shared services for ride show networking Perform daily checks on outstanding project tasks keep the team updated with completed milestones Identify, monitor, and communicate to management task performance risks, issues, problems, and participate in the development and implementation of mitigations or provide hands-on assistance as needed Clarify issues or questions for team members and stakeholders and provide the necessary support to remove roadblocks and keep projects moving forward Participate in reviews of attraction network architecture and ensure appropriate security, scalability, safety, redundancy, reliability, and sustainability design strategies are in place and are given proper weighting in the design objectives. Manage technology vendors Design and execution of acceptance testing strategies Generate system level documentation and manuals Maintain configuration management of hardware and software documentation Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established corporate policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities Be willing to work nights, weekends during peak periods as required Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: Experience working in OT/ICS Exposure to audio, video, and lighting control systems is a plus. 5+ years of experience with IT/OT networking environments Excellent Layer 2 & 3 networking skills.
