Top 3 must-have hard skills Java Experience (5 years) Docker (1 year) Kafka or similar (2 years) High volume data streaming. Looking experienced java developers, understand frameworks well and can do their own low-level design with little micro management. Take concept from start to finish and can architect it at a low level.
