Please share suitable profile Title: Senior Database Engineer Term: 6-9 month C2H Visa : USC/GC/H4 EAD Location: Hybrid Must be local to Philadelphia(Trevose,PA) JobSummary: Design,Develop and Deploy data models and programmables for SQL Server, AWS RDS andNon-relational databases. Work with data by analyzing & transforming rawdata in meaningful data structures used for Insights and Data Analytics. Workclosely with other data engineers, architects, tech leads & scrum teams inproduct development. KeyResponsibilities: Designs and develops operational and reporting database systems utilizingthe latest techniques in data modeling and ETL concepts. Models database solutions and ensure quality assurance andtimely delivery of data. Investigates, troubleshoots and corrects data and userrelated system errors, and ensures data integrity. Translates product requirements from formal requirementsdocument/discussions into database design following Enterprise database model. Hands on development of advanced database concepts Develop solutions that consider future concepts, productsor technologies in alignment with long-range goals and objectives Contributes to support an IT roadmap that is forwardthinking and sets the groundwork for reducing maintenance cost while meeting orexceeding business objectives. Promotes a constructive, positive team environment andmaintains a spirit of openness, information sharing inquisitiveness,problem-solving and support for common goals. Other duties as assigned. RequiredSkills and Knowledge: Relevant 8 years technical experience Experience with SQL Server, Enterprise DB PPAS and/or Oracle databases Proficient at complex database design and optimization in acloud SaaS environment Knowledge of SQL scripts including Stored Procedures, PSQLscripting, SQL Monitoring tools, T-SQL and Performance monitoring and tuning. Experience with JDBC connection pools Knowledge of .Net application development is preferred. Knowledge of AWS RDS solutions & Redshift is a plus. Practical experience in managing the internal and externaldatabase security Experience using Agile software development cycle tools(JIRA, Confluence, Git, Jenkins) Analytical and diligent with great attention to detail Resilient: ability to work successfully in a fast-pacedenvironment with shifting priorities Strong collaborative skills Excellent verbal and written communication Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (orsimilar) RequiredLanguages: English to a very high standard written and oral Travel/RotationRequirements: Occasional travel will be required as dictated by business need REGARD Lovely Singh Keywords: database information technology green card Pennsylvania |
