[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title : ServiceNow Sr. Developer/Lead/Architect with Customer Service Management Location : Atlanta, GA Hybrid Min Exp : 10 years What It Takes To Excel: A bachelors degree, college diploma or equivalent experience (ServiceNow certifications) in software development Overall experience of more than 10 years. 5+ years of development/configuration experience on the ServiceNow platform including: Customer Service Management ITSM, CMDB and Service Portal Have been a key resource in the implementation of at least one ServiceNow CSM solution Extensive experience working with APIs / Web Services (RESTful and SOAP) Extensive development experience in JavaScript, JQuery, node. js,, Glide, AJAX and Angular JS. Implementation experience in GRC, SecOps (good to have). Development experience working with MySQL, Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle PL-SQL. Development experience with integration platforms such as OpenText A2A, Boomi, Informatica, MuleSoft, etc. is preferred. Development experience in other languages would be beneficial. Extensive experience manipulating data. An aptitude to learn new technology quickly. Effective documentation skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
