OpenShift/Kubernetes at least 4 - 6 Years

CI/CD Tools Knowledge like Jenkins and BitBucket at least 4 - 6 Years

Linux Administration at least 4 - 6 Years

Ansible automation   at least 4 - 6 Years

CKA Certified Kubernetes Administrator

This is a customer focused tech support role.

Focused on Supporting the Openshift platform utilized by 6 different LOB in the bank.

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Describe the role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing daily:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Support critical applications and ensure the stability of services by performing dedicated maintenance activities

Engage in automation activities  perform root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation

Knowledge of production support process including incident/change/problem management, call triaging, and critical issue resolution procedures

Work on Jira backlog when Prod Incidents and change work

REQUIREMENTS: 

OpenShift/Kubernetes

CI/CD Tools Knowledge like Jenkins and BitBucket

Linux administration

Ansible automation

Incident Management

Change Management

Does this position require any degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful

CKA Certified Kubernetes Administrator is a plus

5+ years of related work experience regardless of educational background

Bachelor's degree preferred, not required (software engineering, computer science, and/or related field)

Financial service is a plus, open to diverse industry background.
