Please send your resume to [email protected] for immediate consideration Job Title: Distributed batch support Location: Bloomington, IL or Tempe , AZ ( Onsite from day 1) Duration: Contract Job Description :: 24x7 monitoring support for in-scope infrastructure Provide phone support 24x7x365 Should be having the experience in Control-M WLA Desktop tool and Control-M Web GUI Capture alerts, raise incident tickets and escalate to respective teams Handle Job schedules and batch job monitoring Creating distributed jobs like web services, sql, linux, windows, MFT, BIM Define the calendars as business requested for batch jobs Disaster recovery Coordinate with application teams to assist them in creating Autoflow Troubleshooting the batch job failures Create reports as required per business Should have the capability of analyzing the issues related with job flows Should be familiar with fixing the Manual, Global conditions across different datacenters Having knowledge on BLDDOC, BLDISS, Autoflow tools would be helpful Should have knowledge on Incident management Should have knowledge on Service now to work on tasks and incidents Provide environmental support and handle escalations Analyze, acknowledge & record each & every alert in the monitoring tools & handle the alerts as per their impact. Escalation & Notification to the relevant teams & stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance & minimal impact to end customer (s). Strict adherence to the specified response & resolution timelines mentioned in SLA. (Resolution includes where level 1 troubleshooting is in DC OPS scope . Act as a trigger for the critical incident management process by involving the technical & incident management team. Having experience in accepting Change request & change task Having experience on Mainframe sessions to check the autoflow of jobs Experience in HSBC (high severity bridge calls) Escalate any inconsistencies in the monitoring environment with respect to the monitoring tool configuration, alert thresholds, alert message enrichment & false alerts. Monitor Executing Jobs, Waiting Jobs, and Abends and Long Running jobs. Monitor NDP and check the job schedules. Perform ADHOC requests on jobs like Ordering a new job, rerun, load jobs to AJF, hold, force ok, delete, confirm, etc Perform Control-M Configuration Manager GUI for agent handling.
