Position: Jr. Salesforce Admin, No H1B

Location: 100% Remote but have to work out of EST time zone 

Duration: 6+ Months

MOI:  Phone and Video

This client is has a video ON meeting culture and will require lot of MS Teams meeting during the assignment, where the video must be on. Please make sure the candidate is aware of this.  Candidates who have video issues and family emergencies during the interview process will be rejected and not be rescheduled. 

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a unique opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator to join a newly created agile team that is building innovative solutions for our patients and providers.  This person will attend scrum ceremonies and develop technical solutions.  They will participate in the implementation phases as well as the maintenance and development phases as our Salesforce strategy evolves. The successful candidate is interested in continuing to develop their skills and has a strong sense of ownership and accountability. This is a unique opportunity to partner with scrum team members in a green field implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud.

Key responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

             Works closely with Product Owners to ensure scope and requirements are properly defined

             Develop solutions that meet the scope and requirements

             Develops with an eye focused on scale and maintainability

             Collaborate with QA, product owners, and designers

             Create custom reports and dashboards within the Salesforce platform

             Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and other administrative responsibilities, monitor user adoption

             Readily shares knowledge across the team 

             Champion best practices, coding standards, and documentation

             Participate and engage in all Scrum Ceremonies   

             Participate in regular code reviews 

             Interface with team members to troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues in production and non-production environments. 

             Evolves their Salesforce certifications and credentials

Required Skills:

        Salesforce Certifications: 

         Salesforce Administrator

        1+ years of experience working with the Salesforce Platform 

        Experience working in an Agile environment following SDLC 

        Experience in a Healthcare setting (preferred)

        Experience using Github as a version control system

        Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations

        Ability to collaborate on projects across stacks and blended teams  

        Must be data driven, objective and goal oriented 

        Effectively communicate and understand project requirements 

        Strong sense of ownership and ability to work cross functionally
