From: Sonali, KPG99 [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Product Analyst Visa: GC, USC only Duration: 12-18 months Location: Stamford, CT or Denver, CO (Hybrid 2 days onsite in a week) The Sr Analyst, Mobile Product & Device Strategy will support the product development and device strategy functions of Spectrum Mobile Product. Including analyzing company data and understanding capabilities / performance, identifying market opportunities, synthesizing internal and external research to develop product concepts, and supporting the assessment of device categories, potential OEM partners and other special projects. This position will play a critical role in shaping the future of the Mobile Product Portfolio. This position will be responsible for dissecting complex problems that the business is facing on a day-to-day basis, while also identifying what future improvements can be made to ensure the organization operates in a best-in-class manner. Consistently support all efforts to enhance the product portfolio and identify new product concepts. Consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Continuously maintain an understanding of industry trends surrounding connectivity and convergence, particularly as they pertain to mobile devices, mobile value add services or other adjacent offerings Continuously research new technologies and industry trends to better understand key market participants, business models, and the potential impact on Charters product development efforts both on an ad hoc and recurring basis Support the build out of a robust and easy-to-digest analyses of product development opportunities and assess against other product concepts in the funnel. Support the development of business cases to support product concepts and analyze opportunities on key financial metrics agreed upon with leadership Support the development and communication of device and category strategies dependent on new services/features, changing customer needs and overall business objectives Translate data and insights into a cohesive story that portrays a product concept Setup and drive large stakeholder brainstorming sessions and consolidate information Perform other duties as needed and within reason Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand English Ability to detail out the current vs. future state processes and customer experience flows Ability to engage in researching, business case modeling and presentation of complex initiatives Ability to work on dynamic projects with tight deadlines which have a material impact to the financial and strategic direction of the company Ability to analyze complex issues, synthesizing large amounts of detail and management input into a concise deliverable Ability to work comfortably across the enterprise and build relationships Ability to understand and communicate advanced critical, analytical, and strategic thinking Effectively communicate through presentations, financial models or memos which communicate issues, solutions and recommendations in a transparent, concise and complete manner Ability to think strategically about the overall goals of the organization and connect the dots Ability to use PowerPoint, Excel, and Word at minimum Additional pluses, but not required: Python Industry experience within Telecom providers or Technology companies Required Education Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or other related field Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years Corporate Strategy, Data Analytics, Product, Investment Banking or Management Consulting Experience: 3+ Thanks & Regards Sonali Kumari Technical Recruiter KPG99, INC Desk: (609) 973-8708 Keywords: active directory green card Colorado Connecticut |
