From: Abhishek Pathak, Stellar Consulting Solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description: Title: Epic Coordinator Duration: 12 months Open Location: Alpharetta, GA/ New Jersey/ Timonium, MD Agile Epic Coordinator The Epic Coordinator is responsible for guiding and supporting individual epics as they move downstream through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline. The Epic Coordinator works with the Solution Train, Agile Release Train (ART), Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Delivery Teams, Product Owners, Business Owners, and other key stakeholders in the Agile process. Epic Coordinators help define features and capabilities that realize the value of the epic. They will manage the timeline, track development, testing, and other activities to successful deployments. Responsibilities include: Working with internal teams to size epics and provide prioritization based on Weighted Shortest Job First (WSJF), the Lean business case, and other relevant factors Focus on the merits of the business case of a specific epic, secure in the knowledge that the collaborative discussions that form the foundation to ensure optimal investment choices. Collaborate with Product and Solution Management and System and Solution Architects/Engineering to decompose the epic into features and capabilities and help prioritize these backlog items in their respective program and solution backlogs Participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning, System Demo, and Solution Demo, whenever there is critical activity related to the epic Work with Agile Teams that perform research spikes, create proofs of concept, mock-ups, etc. Coordinate and synchronize epic-related activities with sales, marketing, and other business units Understand and report on the progress of the epic with key stakeholders Facilitate and track milestones of the epic through the continuous delivery pipeline including go/no-go decisions and releases Mandatory Skills: Strategic Thinking, Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Project Management, Meeting Facilitation, etc. Thanks & Regards Abhishek Pathak (678) 935-1951 [email protected] Keywords: golang Georgia Maryland |
