From: Sandeep Bisht, Key Infotek [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role - Network Engineer with Voice experience (for Genesys) Location - Alpharetta, GA (Onsite/ Hybrid) Responsibilities for voice engineer The candidate will have a strong focus on Genesys and Global Contact Center Agent desktop design and best practice Work with the entire engineering and development team to establish development and configuration practices that ensure a high level of performance and optimizes capacity utilization Research new methods for enhancing performance and shares findings with the engineering team and the Engineering Leadership committee Proactively utilizes knowledge of the business unit and objectives to maximize the efficiency of the design Recent hands-on experience with current secure communications devices (SVTCs, VoIP phones and other devices (STEs, QSECs, )) and infrastructure components (communications lines POTs/ISDN/Leased, PBXs, encryption devices, conference bridges, call management servers) Additional duties of this position will include new software revision/feature sets/patch evaluation and trade studies, periodic system refresh, technical briefings (internally with customer representatives), system requirements development, creation and maintenance of system documentation and drawings (specifications, logical and physical architecture and interconnect diagrams) Responsible for the operational maintenance of the companys global UC voice & Video system standards Qualifications for voice engineer Should have strong program management and supplier management capabilities, the ability to work as part of a project team Bring interpersonal skills allowing a wide range of interface with vehicle product development / subsystems engineers, user interface engineers, and suppliers Human Machine Interface (HMI) Design & Development Licenses that would be good to have any of the following: CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CCIE, HP, MCSE, CCVP, CCDP, CATE, R&S Desired skills for voice engineer include: SIP signaling and call-flows Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol SIP MGCP TCP/IP H.323 MPLS DNS DHCP RTP Keywords: rlang hewlett packard Georgia |
