Primary skill set is VMware Workspace One/WSUS patch engineer and secondary skill set is JAMF. JAMF JD At least 2 years of hands-on experience in JAMF Pro, MS Azure and in reporting tool Able to perform CRUD (Create, Read, Update and Delete) operations for JAMF Policies and Configuration Profiles Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot MAC configuration issues Ability to manage Jamf console and upgrades Application readiness and management along with packaging for user provisioning Deployment of Application and macOS updates via JAMF across enterprise (UAT, Pilot & Production) Good understanding of Apple M1 chip Good analysing skill to do Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for various issues identified Ability to manage FileVault, Smart Groups, Jamf Connect and Jamf Integration with other Industry standard tools Must have knowledge of MAC hardware architecture Able to manage certificates and network profiles Able to get engaged with vendor for additional tool and implementation Able to engage with vendor to resolve complex and repetitive issues in mac/iOS and iPadOS devices Automate day to day work of end users using Jamf pro using scripts Ability to do extensive research in Industry standard tools to enhance end user computing services Good to have hands-on experience of working in Jamf Pro for about 3 years at least Ability to understand how Apple devices and ecosystem works Proven Customer Service skills Good written and oral communication JD for workspace one: Expert knowledge of the Workspace One Console for administration of Windows 10 Work with vendor for product enhancement, quality & feature updates, and support tickets relating to the Workspace One environment Research, evaluate, and recommend new or upgraded hardware/software to ensure proper operation and performance for all platforms Should have strong knowledge on Windows 10 patching using Workspace one, BIOS, Firmware along with 3rd party patching Added advantage if have knowledge on Workspace ONE Intelligence, Digital Employee Experience Management (DEEM) Able to identify, analyse, troubleshoot, and repair technical issues diagnose, troubleshoot, and fix Windows 10 configuration profile issues Windows desktops, laptops Tools used: Workspace One +WSUS Mobile devices Apple iPhone (IOS) Apple iPad (IOS) Android Phone Android Tablets (Others/ Zebra) Tool used: Workspace One MacBook Tools used: JAMF Printer/ Scanner Tools used: Workspace ONE / JAMF (only for driver updates) Activities: Assess: - Assess the current process, devices & software in the environment - Evaluate potential security threats and vulnerabilities - Assessing Patch Management Infrastructure Identify: - Browse vendor released patches - Identify reliable/required patches for business needs - Develop a strategy to counter the threats - Validate Patches - Obtain patch source files and confirm they are safe VMWare Workspace One/WSUS 5-8 years Expert JAMF 2-3 years Medium Years of Experience: 8.00 Years of Experience Keywords: access management microsoft New York |
