The architect sets the stage for all the other work. This is the position that needs an independent mind with experience gather and organizing data and mapping it out. The UX work is a app developer who sketches out the user experience on the proposed app based upon the modeling done by the architect. The front/bank end development implements the architect and UX work into the actual final product. primary coding skills will be in SQL, C#, HTML, Java for pretty much all these guys, but some of those skills are more heavy on different positions. Front/Back end need all of them. the data architect needs more understanding of SQL and ETLs, but especially needs to understand data model.
