| From: Laya, Incom Technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: Database Architect Work location: Chicago, IL (Remote) Client: Tractor Supply Company Type: Contract to hire JOB Description: Qualifications DB architect with experience in both SQL DB like SQL Server/Oracle DB and NoSQL DB like Couchbase/MongoDB. o Extensive working experience in SQL and experience working with relational databases (like SQL Server / Oracle) query authoring (SQL). o Experience with NoSQL databases (like Couchbase/MongoDB) o Interact with business customers, gathering requirements and delivering complete Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and analytics solutions. o Architecting, Designing, Developing, and supporting Couchbase applications, monitoring and tuning performance, maintaining and troubleshooting issues, and managing server clusters. o Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources. o Experience with multi-threading and concurrency. o Experience with debugging, performance profiling and optimization. Perform data migrations and replication. o Experience on application integration, services oriented architecture, micro-services, REST API, etc. o Oversee database security also analyse and optimize database performance. o Strong interpersonal/communication skills, both oral and written. o Experience in tools like Service Now, Confluence and Jira is an added advantage.
