Position: Sr Curam Developer Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: Looking for an experienced Cram developer / business analyst who will be responsible for triaging and resolving complex Cram application defects and issues. The individual will collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, delegate and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the Cram application (application intake, rules, batch processes, etc.). This individual will also be responsible for addressing production issues / defects and designing, developing, and implementing a solution. The individual will become an integral part of the Team, making every problem associated with the application a problem of their own and will demonstrate the required initiative and critical thinking abilities necessary to resolve all problems and challenges accordingly. The Core duties associated with the role are as follows: Triage logged issues / defects to determine the appropriate path for resolution. Design and develop solutions to defects / issues. Review trends to determine root causes of issues. Support review and testing of proposed solutions to identified issues. Work with the team to remediate defects / issues in a timely manner. Other related duties as assigned. 1. 2. Plans, coordinates, and monitors project activities. Develops technical applications to support users. Develops, implements, maintains, and enforces documented standards and procedures for the design, development, installation, modification, and documentation of assigned systems. Provides training for system products and procedures. Performs application upgrades. Performs monitoring, maintenance, or reporting on real- time databases, real-time network and serial data communications, and real-time graphics and logic applications. Troubleshoots problems. Ensures project lifecycle is in compliance with District standards and procedures. REQUIRED (R) / DESIRED (D) /NICE-TO-HAVE (N) SKILLS: Item Skill 1 Professional exp. with Cram CGISS and HCR development. Exp. analyzing, reviewing, and defining problems / issues associated 2 with the Cram CGISS and HCR application. 3 Experience designing within the Cram software suite. Experience with problem identification and integration of technical 4 skills to resolve issues. Ability to translate and communicate highly technical concepts to both 5 technical personnel and non IT business users. Ability to develop relationships/ partnerships with customers by 6 responding to needs by exhibiting a sense of urgency. Understand Cram Case Management functionality and associated 7 business processes. 8 Strong professional business analysis experience. 9 Ability to independently identify and develop solutions. 10 Ability to design, develop, and implement solutions to defects / issues. 11 12 13 Experience in business process analysis (Use Cases and/or process 14 flows) and mapping (Gap Analysis) techniques in Cram.
