Role: Siebel Architect Location: Minneapolis , MN (Remote). Job Description: We are seeking an experienced client facing Siebel Architect to upgrade a Siebel CRM Field Service Applications from IP16 to IP23. This individual should have 6 to 10 years of experience and should have delivered at least 3 Siebel upgrade projects end to end. Roles and Responsibilities: Strong Understanding of Siebel Data Model. Advanced Knowledge of Siebel Architectures (pre-Siebel IP 17 and post Siebel IP 17) including Gateway, Siebel, Siebel Application Interface, and Database Servers. A thorough understanding of the Siebel upgrade approach and execution to upgrade from Siebel IP16 to Siebel IP23.x Setup and configure Siebel Enterprise in Siebel Management Console (SMC). Setup and configure Siebel Migration Application. Siebel File System management and housekeeping. Advanced knowledge of Siebel component configurations, REST API, HTTPS Web Services, Network Load Balancer configurations and SSO Integration. Knowledge of Siebel Tools Configuration. To define functional and technical requirements with end users and technical. Providing technical leadership on CRM engagement, including serving as a resource to the project team and the client by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues. Work with other architects to ensure that the end-to-end solution work together to meet the objectives and performance goals as defined in the requirements. Own Siebel CRM architecture and make sure all designs and development are according to Siebel and development best practices. Review technical documentation to verify compliance with business requirements and established architectural standards and guidelines. Work with the CRM operation department to determine how the application is supported in production, including back-ups, disaster recovery, system performance, and project management. Review application and technical architecture deliverables throughout development to ensure quality standards. Communicate any cross-area or cross-release issues that affect other areas of the project. Maintain sustainable existing customer relationships by creating value & responding to risk. Required Skills: Siebel CRM upgrade implementation from IP16 to IP23.x. Siebel Enterprise Configuration. Siebel e-Script / OpenUI Experience/knowledge with databases including SQL.
