An ideal candidate would be someone who has experience developing reports in Microsoft Excel using Microsoft PowerPivot, developing and supporting Microsoft PowerApps, developing and supporting Microsoft Power Automate workflows. Experience with SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services, and SQL Server Reporting Services is preferred. Also, this is a contract to hire position and the team will not consider anyone who requires sponsorship. Provide technical and functional administration support for portfolio, project, and product management software products (i.e. Microsoft Project Online / PWA, Jira, Jira Portfolio, Hive, ZigiOps, and Agility Health Radar) Ability to work with various level of users for issue resolution and general support needs Ability to interpret and provide solutions that meet leadership & user needs Capability to understand and develop solutions from both a Waterfall and Agile methodology Ability to engage and work with SaaS providers for issue resolution or general support needs Will document and manage work within Jira as a part of an Agile team Skills: Working knowledge of two or more technologies (Power Pivot, PowerAutomate, Visual Basic, SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services) Strong communication, problem solving, and collaboration skills Ability to self-start and self-manage work Desire to be a contributor to the companys agile transformation Preferred experience working with SQL, MS Project Online/PWA, PowerApps, Power Pivot, PowerAutomate, Visual Basic, Agility Health Radar, ZigiOps, or ServiceNow, SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services, Jira, Jira Portfolio, Hive Keywords: business intelligence microsoft |
