Here are the job-description for reference Location : Greater Toronto Area(GTA), Hybrid model Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining BigFix infrastructure automation solutions. Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of BigFix infrastructure automation solutions, ITPAM, and customer-facing responsibilities. Work with customers to understand their needs, provide solutions that meet their requirements, and manage the overall delivery of projects. Develop and implement automation scripts using BigFix and ITPAM to automate infrastructure tasks. Design, create, and maintain BigFix fixlets, tasks, and baselines. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas where automation can be implemented to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Provide technical guidance to team members and ensure quality deliverables are produced. Lead the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including design documents, installation instructions, and configuration guides. Troubleshoot technical issues related to BigFix infrastructure automation and ITPAM. Participate in customer meetings to provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
