The successful candidate will perform the following job duties: data analysis exception management RCA process analysis operation support other duties as assigned This resource will participate in the following projects: Post Winter Storm Uri Senate Bill 398 Generation Only MV90 Upgrade Remote Services Switch (RSS) Automation Watt-Net Express (WNE) and Watt-Net Plus (WNP) WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Minimum: Years Skills/Experience 7+ Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs. 7+ Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. 7+ Experienced with business process reengineering and identifying new applications of technology to business problems to make business more effective. 7+ Familiar with industry standard business process mapping, and reengineering. 7+ Prepares solution options, risk identification, and financial analyses such as cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build, etc. 7+ Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
