Job Description for Sr.-level Sitecore position: This position will report to our CTO and is responsible for the strategy, planning, and execution of Sitecore content and marketing solutions and ensuring all outcomes meet the high-quality expectations our Sitecore clients have grown to expect. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in areas of strategy and the configuration of Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Sitecore Experience Commerce (XC), and Content Hub. Own Sitecore consulting projects from start to finish, guiding both clients and in-house developers to maximize Sitecore's benefits to achieve clients' business goals. Ideate, pitch, execute and deliver solutions that help clients achieve expected time to value, time to market, and ROI. Collaborate with developers and UX designers on the Sitecore component architecture to ensure consistency and robustness across each client's component library and on the content author experience to minimize friction when building user experiences. Meet with clients to craft rich user experiences on their Sitecore platforms to improve business KPIs. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively to meet our clients' delivery expectations. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot new and existing experiences for our Sitecore customers. Train clients on the use of Sitecore XP, XC, and Content Hub to maximize their investment in the platform. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and execute personalization and optimization strategies that align with business objectives and goals. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with Sitecore Solid understanding of web development, information architecture, CMS, integrated technologies, and digital marketing Proven execution of Sitecore Experience Platform including marketing automation, experience optimization, personalization, campaign creator and experience analytics Experience gathering client requirements and translating them to actionable plans based on Sitecore best practices.
