The capabilities, reports, and analysis provided by the team serves as the core data, reporting, and analytic platform for company labs. This company is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with a strong technology and program management background. The Technology Business Management program manager will be responsible for organizing programs. This role will be tasked with developing and managing a collection of projects and transformation activities designed to achieve outcomes and realize benefits of strategic importance. He/she/they will also oversee operating plans for programs and help develop and maintain the project budget along with the project accountants. The program manager will collaborate with technical and business team members to create products/features or processes and will be the primary escalation point for project team members. The program manager will be responsible for communicating the business objectives to the scrum teams and stakeholders to deliver the best product/feature or system/process with the most efficient use of resources and technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen; a big-picture mindset and the drive to deliver results. This role will work in close collaboration with IT and Finance professionals at all levels within the organization. Responsibilities: Manage end to end delivery of one or more complex programs from concept to completion focused on on-time and on-budget delivery Ensure all projects within your program adhere to the Project Procedures by performing project initiation/sprint zero planning Create work visibility through development of clear reporting and measurement strategies for assigned programs Identify Risks & communicate escalation points & plans to stakeholder Demonstrates ability to see cross-functional impacts of decisions, project plans and execution Understands business objectives of the program and assumes accountability for success of the program against those objectives Establishes and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders Work with managers to oversee utilization of resources ensuring project schedules are met Manage daily program management throughout the program life cycle Create overall program and monito the progress including the maintenance a roadmap of potential projects for the program Creation of stakeholder communications Align the deliverables (outputs) to the program's "outcome" with the aid of the business change manage Qualifications: 4+ years of relevant work experience Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Demonstrated strength in conducting analysis of large data sets and preparing clear summaries Ability to work efficiently and effectively across all levels in the organization High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Experience as a contributing member of an Agile based team Proven knowledge and practical experience of agile software development methodologies, values, principles, and practices High-level understanding of technical issues Experience conducting training for large groups on Agile and working with Product management in back log management strategies Experience working with SAFE, Scrum, Kanban and Extreme Programming Excellent communication and presentation skills to executive personas Any equivalent combination of certifications, education, or experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities for the position Desired Skills: Experience using Microsoft Project, JIRA, confluence SAFe/Agile Exposure Knowledge of IT services and best practices related to program management processes Good analytical and reporting skills Ability to comprehend, troubleshoot, and describe complex processes and issues to colleagues at all levels of the organization Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders Experience implementing quality programs with spirit of continuous improvement Good vision, process-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
