Expertise across a variety of security products including firewalls, URL filtering, virus/malware protection, AWS WAF, intrusion detection systems (IDS), intrusion prevention systems (IPS), DDoS protection, proxy solutions such as ZScaler, Firewalls, EDR systems. Experience in Content Delivery Network (CDN) Implementation, preferably in Cloud. Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorization, and network security Level 3 network support experience covering network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers & cloud network infrastructure. Experience reviewing network configuration settings/policies, strengthening and hardening Network security. Hands-on experience in designing and implementing network solutions. Experience using AWS technology, AWS network security best practices, AWS storage options and their underlying consistency models, and AWS networking nuances and how they relate to the integration of AWS services. Strong knowledge of advanced networking architectures and interconnectivity options [e.g.,IP VPN, multiprotocol label switching (MPLS), virtual private LAN service (VPLS)], CIDRand subnetting (IPv4 and IPv6) and generic solutions for network security features. Previous exposure to Linux and/or Windows Operating Systems and coding languages is an added advantage. Non-Technical: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent troubleshooting skills (technical and non-technical). Ability to multi-task and manage competing and conflicting priorities. Ability to complete proof of concept by coordinating with multiple stakeholder Strong communication skills in both verbal and written. Experience working with operational environments following ITIL, industry standards, frameworks, and reference architectures.
