Manages the project plan & schedule with Salesforce professional services project manager. Post Implementation: Plans and manages all activities related to Salesforce Manages request process for new campaigns On the business side. Standard PM/Scrum Master. Driving Salesforce data backup and archival program in partnership with the COE team. Assist in coordinating and driving data residency conversations with senior leadership to gain alignment on local regulations, timelines and solution alignment. Interacting with subject matter experts to define repeatable implementation processes and requirements. Demonstrated experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering technical programs in agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) Experience working on programs to define and build cloud-native software products as a platform at scale Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
