Top requirements: Production support experience 247 support, fast paced Cloud and AWS knowledge (suchas Azure, S3 buckets, New Relic, Splunk, Cloud Watch) Ability to write basic Splunkqueries and investigate application issues through Splunk logs preferred Ability to demonstrate solidknowledge in at least one programming language and/or scripting languagethrough work or educational background (Python, PowerShell, Unix shell, etc.) ability to write basic SQL statements; solid knowledge of SFTP (secure filetransfer protocol).
